All Aboard the Sizeable Samuel Gravy Train!

Will Sizeable Samuel keep West Brom up this year?

  • He's Sam. Of course they will stay up

  • He has bitten off more than he can chew

  • Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy!

  • I hope the Fat Blert goes down faster than yer Ma on my Birthday

  • Who cares about West Brom anyway?

  • Give him a wafer thin mint, he's done.

Obviously the massive wedge he is on was dependent on them staying up. Championship wages might not be big enough for lard arse.

so does that mean no relegation on the cv

“If I were to stay and achieve promotion next season the expectation would be for me to continue for at least another season and, sadly, that is not a commitment I feel able to make at this stage of my career.

“I believe the club now needs stability and continuity and this would, in my opinion, best be provided by a young and ambitious manager who can get us back to where we should be as an established Premier League football club."

Selfless Sam!!!!

First rate excuse for not managing in the Championship, if you ask me.

Transparent nonetheless, but it's at least quality window dressing.

Was too big for the Albion, will be back next season, I'm tipping him trying to save Brighton after Christmas

He seems very sensitive there. He hates the reputation he has but he only has himself to blame. You can tell after he blew the England job that he decided to just go absolutely full Allardyce, play up to all the stereotypes and be the complete worst version of himself he could be- and we copped for that when he came to us. He never would have been the right man but he had a chance at us to at least do something a bit different. Instead he did the bare minimum and knew he’d get a big payout for him and his cronies.

He was always a chancer but since that England embarrassment he just became an absolute payday mercenary. It’s not a defence of him, but he probably just thought he’d been stitched up so why bother anymore. I know it was a different era but his Bolton side were not actually that bad and it was mad to see actual former great players rock up at the Reebok.
