That team can beat Leicester. No point crying about missing players, just get on with it. Imagine if the squad were pessimistic as most in here, they would be beaten before a ball was kicked. If Davies just sits and protects the back four Gomes can find any of the 3 in front of him with quick passes that front four will cause them a lot of damage. They will find it very hard to get in behind our back line, especially without Vardy’s pace. We defend set peices really well now and are a massive threat from our own. Let them worry about us.

Once Allan and Doucoure are in the centre thats a really strong 11.
People on here keep saying how shallow our squad is.
And I found myself agreeing with them.
But we have had major players out for many games this season....Jamez, Richarliason, Digne, Seamus, Holgate, Allan and now DCL....yet the squad players keep stepping up and getting results.
Five wins in the last six games, all with at least two or three of the above missing.

I think he'll play Digne myself, Carlo said he expected both Digne and Iwobi to be available for Leicester. It may mean Holgate slipping into midfield or even Godfrey, who knows?
I too suspect the middle will be Gomez and Davies as Carlo spoke on both as being ready when questioned re-Allan injury and Doucoure's suspension. Many questioned Carlo's lineup against Sheff United until we won. it's true they failed against Rotherham when none of those selected seemed to raise their game for the FA Cup.
There won't be complacency here it matters too much, it's about Carlo finding a way to make this work even if we all think it's hopeless.
He's paid millions we aren't and Sheff United and that line up working showed why

I actually think the injury to coleman and digne helped us set up to win some of the games we did.
but yeah I had this argument with an RS mate of mine, we've had as many/more first 11 players out, and have a far shallower squad in terms of quality (apart from CB which is excellently where they've needed the cover)

Why are we switching to a 442? And why would you play sigurdsson in a 2 man midfield?!
Play digne at LB, then move either godfrey or Holgate into midfield. Then we can carry on playing 433 we've been playing most of the season.
