I’m not sure anyone would pay it. Just saying if someone was mad enough to come in with that kind of offer we’d probably have to sell.
Newcastle paid £45m for Gordon who has shown nowhere near the potential Onana has. Potential being the key word.

This is pretty much my definition of a rotation option...a 2nd choice player to rotate in for the 1st choice.

I would do a straight swap Loftus cheek for onana. But the good thing is Chelsea would probably do that deal with 30 million on top which would be a fantastic deal for us. We will be getting an upgrade in my opinion.
Onana is still just inconsistent potential, he could make it to be a good player but my gut says he won't. I think all the cheerleading he does shows a bit of immaturity and I have seen enough bad games from him to be swayed into getting rid while his stock is still high similar to Gordon. His standout game was against Arsenal but for every good one there has been 4 where he has gone missing.

Presumably your seeing a lot more from Onana than I am? I see a player who has drifted through 80% of the games he played in last season. Yes he's young but it doesn't mean he will be better. Most aren't
