Losing to poor sides at home, good old Carlo

This isn't a "poor side," it's something else.... I don't know what to call it but it's orders of magnitude beyond a "poor side."

Ancelotti looks like he hasn't cared for Football since he left Bayern

Napoli onwards has been the Carlo upping the pension kitty tour.

It's painful, how obvious this is in retrospect, and I was so taken in by his suavity that I ignored the crappy football.
 

Happens to all coaches in the end... Ideas become outdated and the new thinking leaves you behind. Tbh the writing was on the wall at Napoli. We were all a bit dazzled by the name here, but no denying the football was horrific.

Only exceptions I can really think of are Alex Ferguson and perhaps Bobby Robson in the English game. They maintained a decent record until retirement. Even our beloved Kendall should've swerved that 3rd term.
