Think we will get him done in January myself mate, he's the type of player whose literally that good, you buy other players knowing he will bring out the best in then.

Everything about the deal suggests that to me. It feels very different to even Zouma (who may come and I think he may well come).

The reality is he is not good enough for Barca, irrespective of how well he is playing. He knows he will have a manager and a team built around him here.

To me that was one of the best midfield derby performances I've seen. He got nailed a couple of times in the first 15 minutes, but he never stopped showing for the ball. Thats very telling to me. Weaker players would have hid.

He’s buyout is around 100million. The way he’s playing, Id be shocked if Barca sells him to us on the cheap.
If we want him, Mosh is going to have to spend big, which I hope he does. Andre is fantastic, and perfect for our midfield.

I'm not a Davies knocker really as he's only a young lad.. But I don't think he will feature much in silvas first teams. Esp after watching gomes and what he offers.

Gomes is that calming influence every team needs whereas Davies is inexperienced and cheap with the ball.

Bigger clubs will be very aware of him already don't be thinking they are not...

There will be huge competition for him, but he's already here, under a forward thinking Portuguese coach.
