God help us if we ever got into Europe or had a cup run. How would we cope.. pathetic!
Give me 100k a week to kick a football 5 days a week from 10am till midday and sit on a bench at 3pm Saturday afternoon. Tired hahaha unreal

I used to play 6aside and then 11aside 3 times a week. To a fairly decent level for two leagues and just a knock about for the third league
It’s a good job the Friday league I was in was absolutely turd because if it was competitive I would have struggled massively.
The Sunday league i played in was hard enough without having played an hours worth of footy two days before.
He’s coming in off the back of little preseason. As soon as he was fit he’s been playing every game - to a higher intensity than what he’s used to.
Leave him and his beautiful head of hair and beard alone.
To be fair to him, and some others, they’ll have not had a schedule quite as hectic as the festive one in England. Will take getting used to.
