He STILL drives me crazy off the ball. Gets bypassed too easily and is a step slow. Fouls too often.

But he's wonderful with the ball. Just wonderful. That being said, the West Ham midfield is terrible. Just terrible.

He tackling is rare. He shove players off the ball rather than tackle. It’s a myth his tackling is solid. Gana is the one tackling, not Gomes.

You've just described a tackle and declared it not, gana might be a better tackler but it's a strange thing to try and quantify one version of the winning the ball as better than the other, weird

Firstly he doesn’t win the ball too often.
Secondly he doesn’t tackle well, going near someone trying to force them off the ball is not what I call a tackle. More like body checking shoulder barging. Which is why @CRIMHEAD said it’s annoying as he commit lots of foul without winning the ball.
