Thought he was pretty boss today. Good passer, took a popshot or two when we needed it. Combative.

Couple times his interceptions had a deft touch which fell to the opposition but he'll quickly learn, this lad is a baller.

Poor man's Pirlo. He has an advanced understanding of passing angles. His ability to manipulate the ball ever so slightly so he can make a clean pass instead of just unloading it in the direction of an open teammate is a rare thing these days.

People didn't notice it much because we didn't score but we absolutely dominated that midfield battle, especially in the 2nd half. He reminded me a bit of Artetas debut v Southampton in 05.

Off the pace at times but you can see the ability is there.
