Every pass he makes has purpose, whether it be a safe pass or ambitious one, it's hit with pace and purpose. Refreshing.

But his footwork is unbelievable. He glides effortlessly around the pitch and makes the ball stick to his feet.

Gylfi has got a great touch too but compared to Gomes he looks like a lad who’s alright every now and then on the 5aside pitch. that’s how good Gomes looks

He has lost practically 2 seasons at Barca
In my opinion if he’s happy here and he and his family ? If he has one settle into the club and the area I think he will want to stay
I can’t see him moving to another club and ihaving it going wrong again

If he settles and feels at home and can see his ambitions matched by the club, then there is no reason why not. There's a few decent players at the club now, and I have no concerns at the moment that this situation won't be improved over the next few seasons so get on board Andre.

Gana looks like he has re-found his purpose and role. I would not be surprised if Silva has given him a clear role with the vision that it would be alongside Gomes, so hey presto, Gomes starts, and Gana appears reborn.

2 games in and I really hope we make the deal permanent. Hes quality that we've missed for a long time in cm and he seems happy here.

He's a lot closer to the type of centre mid we needed that I thought tbh. I thought when I watched an original vid he seemed too attacking. But when I watched it again before his debut I was hopeful he was actually box to box enough, started well.

Exactly this, he's allowed to just do his thing because he isn't asked to be expansive as that is what the stunningly handsome bloke next to him has been signed for.
