I think he's been banished if I'm honest. "Go away, have a couple of weeks off and think about whether you want to be a footballer. At the moment I see a player who picks and chooses when he can be bothered and that's no good to me"

It would not surprise me in the slightest if that has happened with Delph too.

He's been crap, but tonight that was spot on. He looked fitter

I know it’s the bare minimum, but that’s a tough, tough game to come into and make an impact. Fair play to him for matching the intensity of the game and keeping the midfield intact. Doucoure was not having a good match so losing Allan should have been fatal really.

He’s usually terrible when he starts, but coming on when the game has slowed down he does seem to be ok, I don’t want to see him start though
