Can’t believe he’s back to stink out the stadium again. (I should point out I’m copy and pasting this phrase to be used against others so don’t come back to me on it)

I think we would be happy for him to leave without having to pay and additional bonuses that he may be due.
IMO part of the problem was losing Gana in full Energizer Bunny mode next to him. He has always needed midfield partners who cover for his defensive liabilities. We have a small sample size pre-injury in 2019-2020, and a large sample size thereafter.True, but he was also our best player at Anfield when Pickford had a mental breakdown to concede at the death though
What energy he had was eliminated by the Son injury. After that, whether physical or mental, he became completely useless
In a side like we have today, we cannot carry a passenger in midfield. We're going to need all the graft we can get. He'd be semi useful in a Ligue 1 side where they have all the possession. Like where he was last year
Absolutely. It’s a shame how it happened and I’m kind of sad it had to be Andre. Even if he was never a great tackler he always worked hard on the defensive side pre-injury. As Dave put it he was our “Gentleman snide” and always held it up well and switched the field well on the offensive side. He needs to move on now for his own sake and get regular footy in a less pressured environment. This league is nuts.True, but he was also our best player at Anfield when Pickford had a mental breakdown to concede at the death though

Has confidence issues and can't cope mentally with pressure.
Was outstanding at Valencia. Went to Barca at 23 to be back up for Rakitic. Had an absolute stinker and was booed by his own fans. He never came back from that.
Came here and looked like his Valencia days. Snapped his ankle and he was done.
Read he did well in France on loan. Couple of MOTMs and bagged twice against PSG.
But cos it's Everton and the stupid £100k a week contract he's on...no one's paying him that.
Forgot we had him, at this point Onyango is more likely to start over him he's washed and done sell immediately.
Yes mate, thats how contracts work in football.
Just tell him to clear his desk and no longer report for work.
Goodbye thicko.AW FFS, get a grip, I was only making fun. Goodbye Dumbo.
Dear god, that's pronoun changing. Not Gomes but I wouldn't kick him out of my wife's knickers.Pictured in the Greek Isles this Summer.View attachment 220680
Remember that, remember him ballooning a pass well out and into the top of the standHe.was.rubbish.before.the.injury.
Aston Villa away that season was a prime example - absolutely diabolical performance.
I would murder kittens for his hair.
For a while there in about 2021, Gomes and Tom Davies played like a couple of local Dads being given a few minutes at the end of a friendly against Sparta prague in early August cos they did a massive bike ride around Europe to raise money for a local hospice.Remember that, remember him ballooning a pass well out and into the top of the stand
Remember his performance away at Southampton in Lampards first few months, Clement had to grab him after a few mins and tell him what to do, he was all over the place.
Then there's the Palace first half, scared to put in a tackle and get involved.
