My mate in Kyiv says he's hearing that we'll sign him imminently BUT it'll only be a pre-contract agreement or it'll have a loan-back clause to Dynamo for the group stage of the CL.

Essentially this means he'll leave them during their winter break.

Just what I'm hearing, I'm not claiming to be ITK - and I don't have a Twitter account!

I'm not sure what to make of it either. Perhaps why we weren't dismissed out of hand with our lower bid of £15 million (compared to the alleged 25 they were asking for?).

Well that pretty much means it's done. "Everton and Dinamo succesfully finished negotations over Yarmolenko" would be the literal translation, which means it's happening! Being eastern european helps in these situations, didn't even know I could read Ukrainian.
