For a lot of players, it’s as simple as a change of scenery, fit in a system or playing with better players. They definitely have guys that don’t bust onto the scene until they reach their late 20’s, 30’s or guys that don’t live up to their potential until they reach their prime. All I know is he seems a rock solid guy and a leader. We need that in the locker room.

It's early days yet but, Townsend and Grey seem like great signings. I always thought Grey had the potential to be a very good player he moves nearly as fast with the ball as.he does without it. Townsend, however has been a very nice surprise, I had him down as a squad filler. He's been far more than that, excellent so far.
