Anichebe Bust Up

To be fair to Anichebe though, it must be really frustrating for him. No strikers yer he cant get a game.

To me though, he isn't good enough, him saying a few weeks ago he needs a more experienced striker upfront with him summed it up.

It must be frustrating for him to know he is getting chances yet he spends much of his time sulking and berating referee's. He is a big strong lad, opposing players should be the ones complaining if only Anichebe showed a bit of muscle to make them upset.

If he actually ran abit and put in effort he would be starting.

I dont like his attitude, but he is in danger of becoming a whipping boy for the crowd which neither helps him or Eveton(y)

he has immense upper body strength. if he worked on his sprinting he would be an amazing athlete.

come on victor. come out of this saga a better man.

Well i gota go so ill be quick.

Bad Attitude, Bad Player who doesnt play to his strengths, and he disrespects the manager. Bye Anichebe :bye:

well we've all started liking hibbert, someone's gotta take it now right?

this is not analogous to telling your boss to **** off in anyway, as much as you'd like to think your office is anything like a football club, its not. at offices the main purpose of work isn't to improve you, its to benefit the company. at training they try to benefit the team, but they do it by helping the players improve. that means they get pushed way harder than any of you ever will be in your office environments.

i don't give a [Poor language removed] how much money he makes or how spoiled you all think he is because he could buy and sell your sorry asses without blinking an eye, he's still a young kid struggling to try and play a man's game.

its pretty much come out that this rumor was BS to begin with, but some of the things said on here about him being expendable are ridiculous. who won the corner that lead to cahill's goal the second time we played the [Poor language removed]? he's a quick player but he needs work, and i think its absurd that you all make assumptions about his personality and attitude based on what you see on the pitch. i couldn't care less what expression he has on his face, he always works hard on the pitch, he's been playing out of position and still hustles to every ball.

anichebe is a knob

for my two penneth
anichebe's attitude stinks ----he sulks like a baby when thing aren't going well can't seem to get up to speed with a game when coming on as sub his first touch is that of a poor rapist - bust up was rumoured to be over moyes pulling plug on his loan to hull ( some aspiration there then vic) don't think he'll ever be good enough for us -championship player if ever i saw one .. time for moyes to do a mcfadden and get rid before he's found out

This ICLiverpool.com website makes me laugh. The list of EFC articles linked show that "Vic is "Happy" and the infamous bust up within the same set of links. So was he happy yesterday before the incident or was the local writer just making up a fluff marketing piece? I suppose the latter. It seems that there is a bunch of journalistic fluffing that goes on.

It's obviously true then but not as bad as the Sun made out, he didn't have a big row with Moyes or Round.

He just wants to leave, let him leave then. We don't want players who don't want to be here.

Personaly, i dont like the fella. He can take his silver medal and shove it up his ass. The big waste off space. Look what he could of achived by now. Just look at Abonglahour at Villa. the lad has turn out to be a top striker and will only get better. Only if Victor thought he was as good as he thinks he is.

Vic, am suprised its takin this long for so many people to come out an say that your just not good enough. 3 years ago it was a toss of the coin between you and Vaughny. And even tho you've played nearly 3 times as many games as him, its clear he has the aptitude and determination for the game.

You have had your crack at the whip, now its time to leave

Spot on with every single word

Agreed. Vaughan is far superior a player than Anichebe, his attitude is superb, he has never let his head go down with all his injury woes, and performs to a high standard when he is in action. If Saha, Yakubu and Vaughan were not injured, Vic would have been out of the door by now.

I do not know how true the article was but if this correct "'You can tell the gaffer I've got a knock and can't play against Liverpool." then that bugs me. I feel a player should be falling over themselves to have a go at the RS even if you have a little knock.

He is young and happen he should more games trgretabbly though he the games that he has had a part in, he has failed to shine apart from the first game at the RS but even then to much falling over and looking to the ref. He surely is big enough to teke on defenders instead of looking for freekicks all the tome. Rooney at his age before it all went sour got stuck into defemders and that is waht Anichebe should be doing.

However no mattr what you do not tell the Guvnor to FO, that is out of order and may well signal his departure soon.

That was what hacked me off more than anything, Robert, which was why I highlighted it. If it was Bolton you could understand it a bit more, if not agree with it.

I think a lot of it is frustration. Frustration that using the size and power against lesser defenders doesn't work day in and out against better calibre ones. Frustration that maybe all you are cut out to be is a squad player. Frustration perhaps that injuries and lack of form have coincided with your "chance". But frustration does not excuse any insubordination.

Look at Osman, look at Baines, look at Jagielka, look at Pienaar. They have all worked damn hard to get into the side and to be consistent starters, whereas at one time or another, there were serious questions raised about where they would fit or if they were capable. And if he is upset about Cahill being played instead of him, the answer is that Cahill scores goals as a striker, as well as being extraordinarily difficult to play, and he doesn't and isn't.
