So in other words Elanga is a quality player.
Fair enough lad. Can only give ya my opinion. Antony is a million miles ahead of Elanga. And it isn’t even close. So I wouldn’t be comparing them in anyway whatsoever.
Most United fans who have had to suffer through watching Elanga over the last few years and have watched him at youth level will tell you the same. He is crap. If ye do sign him, you will see it yourself sooner than later.

You obviously rate him. Just how good do you think he can be? Kanchelskis levels? I'm getting excited now.

Its Manc opposite day.

I'm a United fan that has watched Elanaga at both youth level and for the first team and I actually think he's a decent player that should have gone on loan last year to continue his development. He's fast, he works his ass off (I've never once considered him lazy on the pitch), and when he was in the youth team he was a good finisher so I think he'll improve on that aspect. He WAS a crucial player in the youth set up, he scored plenty of goals as a winger and that's why he was called up to the first team in the first place.

Its a false narrative that he's 'always been crap since the youth team' and I think his performances this season (which I admit were poor) have soured fans on him and they are going over the top in their criticism. He's not better than Amad and Pellistri, I agree with that, and he isn't a world beater, but he's got a few exceptional attributes that can't be taught and can develop other parts of his game as he's still very young. If you can get him for under 10 million I genuinely think he'd be worth it for you.

Anyways, just my opinion, and wanted to share since not all United fans think he's hopeless or no good.

do you guys really think this guy will improve our attack lol. Kevin doesn’t have a clue.
We need our Richarlison replacement someone that can create, score goals and always a threat when he gets the ball.

We need

Gnonto - Toure - Danjuma
Doucoure/Ali
Onana. Gana:Garner

Effective youth player not given much chance to grow into the 1st team?
Sound perfect for us, we have some of the most patient fans in England when it comes to young players. He would definitely be nurtured and given all the support from the fans he could wish for.

Given regular game time instead trying to oust Sancho, Fernandes etc? Yes

You rave on about Gnonto, in Leeds last 5 games he only finished 1, the defeat by Bournemouth, he got hooked for Rodrigo v City, didn’t start v Newcastle over Bamford, replaced Bamford early at West Ham and only played 3 minutes v Spurs. He’s played more minutes for Italy at senior and U21 level in this last month than at club level

We don't have 70odd million to throw at an Anthony so it doesn't matter how much better he is
Not sure why you are saying it tbh
