I think he can be. The other three wingers get chance after chance without any scruffy neck grabbing. Why is it that young players are the ones who can't be given another go?

Why do you think we had 2 keepers and Cuco Martina were on the bench? If we had an influx of top drawer kids chomping at the bit they would be lining up to take the places of either the first 11 or the bench.

I know your not stupid mate and if you know my 73% record of never being wrong you know I'm not stupid either.

Young lads will get very limited chances and when those chances come along they need to grab it with both hands quickly.

Edit : btw if you watch the youth teams thread you'll know I watch a fair bit of the U23's and will always want them to succeed and Gordon has some quality attributes. But you have to produce it when it matters.

We will play plenty of teams far worse than Liverpool. I'd give him another 4 or 5 starts. Cant be judging him against a team 20 odd points ahead

Him and iwobi were there to stop the rs bombing down the wings part of carlo's gameplan, you will see a lot more of both of those 2 in other games.

He did a lot of decent work going back with Arnold in the first half. It's all a learning curve for him and a great game to have played in.

100% he'll have learned a lot from it mate.

Its a steep learning curve. The best players learn very quickly so let's hope he does as well.
