How Fellaini went out was possibly the classiest way I've ever seen someone leave Everton. Put in his request, continued to deliver on the park and got us a nicer payday by waiving the loyalty bonus

We need goals, and Gordon is not going to provide them. £50-60m can get an adequate replacement, and a player capable of leading our attack. No brainer at this point, unfortunately.

It’s the lack of confidence in getting in any replacement in, never mind an actual goal scorer that some problems have issue with.

Do you really think we shouldn't have had a replacement ready for when Richarlison left ? We new in advance he was going, he had to ffp. Then we also have our only other real forward coming back after nearly a season of injuries, knowing these could happen again, muscle injuries, or that he could get others after his pay off, even towards the end of last year he didn't look right.

I dont work for the club mate therefore I don't know whats happening behind the scenes.

Hence why I dont FUME hard over things I don't have knowledge of.

Others will read the tabloid gossip pages, tweets from other fans who's uncles dog works in FF's canteen and create conspiracies online and wet the bed.

RE Richarlison - we clearly need a replacement but goal scoring wide players who can also play as a striker are hard to come by and are expensive to buy. We were looking at Cornet but couldn't get a deal done due to our financial situation - I imagine once Gordon is gone we'll bring one in.

Better than that - their 'world class' youngsters only go for £20 mill. Gordon's going for 3 times that. In fact, LFC wished they had a Gordon type youngster so as to get £60 mill. to pay for their increased wage bill.

Another who doesn't understand what a DOF does and doesn't do.

The only attacking player we were seriously linked with prior to Doms injury was Cornet who would have been Richys replacement out wide.

Only since Dom got injured have you seen us sounding oot natural CF's like Che Che, Maupay, a few lads from France etc.

I think it’s good business all around. We all want Gordon to do well for us, however I actually think he lacks that bit of pace. I counted 8 times he gave the ball away in the game against Forest, 8!!! And they were all in the first half. I think he will go on to have a good career but I would of sold him for 40m, 60m just seems insane. It’s almost like Chelsea haven’t done their research. The end product thing I can accept if he was just involved, but he never seems to be involved in anything, I for one will just be happy that he’s off our corners, he can’t even beat the first man!

Take 60, get some better players in, simple right.

Yeah it's written all over his face. I really feel for him...and us actually, we've got to try to support this mess and it's getting tougher each season.
