Ngl, i was surprised to see Townsend scored 7 in all competitions and assisted 4. One more goal and thats twice the output of Gordon.

If him staying leads to us not being able to bring in more effective players AND we go down, he's going to become a hated figure. Hope he knows what hes doing here. If Frank and co has told him other attackers are coming in either way, Id support him staying. If not, he is walking a fine line.

What a mad stat “crosses (/anything) attempted” is.

That stat combined with a low success rate could just as easily be used to show how he’s wasting the ball.

If we sell and don’t get replacements in, we’ll miss him. But he’s not our most important player by any means.
