Very pleased for the lad. I think people underestimate how hard providing end product in this team is. We aren't a great side and that's especially true when we go forward. For that reason I think he's came in for some harsh criticism.

Yeah can see Chelsea being desperate now but it's too late for us now.

He’s stepped up massively.

Look at other players who’ve downed tools when big clubs have come in for them.

He doesn’t have the pure ability of a Rodwell or Barkley but he’s strong mentally and has big weapons in his pace. The finishing ability he showed at youth level coming through now too.

He’s only going to keep getting better. Let’s build a side around him.
