are saints that fast? with rodriguez out, it'll be lambert, who's not the paciest, lallana is skill as opposed to pace. can't think of pacey wingers they have, it's only really their full backs isn't it? won't be alcaraz' job to look after them.
We played with Stones and Alcaraz, the unlikeliest of centre back pairings, and did really well for the whole second half. I think Antolin did well, but i don't know if i'd want him and jags to start or how we're lining up for Soton - assuming Distin might be out.

I get why they're so annoyed etc, but I gotta admit the sense of entitlement Man Utd fans really annoys me. You don't have the divine right to win everything. You've lost a few games, it's almost like being a normal football fan, for a bit.

Well said - no team has the right to win anything thing. You can hope you win something - but no-one has the right to win anything.
If the players put in a good effort for Man Utd in the next four games (then it will show the players did not want to play for Moyes).

Wasn't really talking about Alcaraz myself, mate.
Was just picking up where the other fella said Jags supposed limitations got exposed by them, but I didn't think that was fair as he was miles off fit but you're probably right about Alcaraz, too, come to think of it.
In fact, I'd say with a fit Coleman and Jags that result wouldn't have happened.
All Soton have to do is get him turned high up the pitch and they are in business.

I don't think pacy wingers are necessarily the main problem,(as you rightly say he's not expected to cover there)it's teams that move the ball quickly,which they do, and given what happened in "that game" balls over the top............
