He missed a sitter or two granted, but Rich missed his fair share of them this season too and that doesn't make him a bad player. From what I've seen of him he's a good player. If we were to sell Rich for big money, getting him and Johnson in would be good business for the fees touted.

Think he's a bit of a headless chicken at present. Reminds me a bit of Mane when he was with Southampton. Then he signed for the RS and they turned him into a diamond. Still young and if he's coached correctly could be good.
