Only really punishment is points or Euro ban.
If you fine them the fans will be paying it
Rangers fans suffered when they got shunted right down to the Scottish fourth tier for financial maladministration. Seems about right for this lot. Put Rangers and Celtic in the Premier League, and put the 6 beauts in the Scottish Third Division.
After all, they wanted a bit of travel.

Celtic and Rangers are terrible teams, duno why ppl keep doing this shout.

I don’t think the director’s would have said yes. I, maybe naively, believe those in charge here get football a lot more than the owners for the 6.
I'll be honest. I'm ideologically opposed to the existence of billionaires. I simply don't believe any individual makes that kind of money cleanly.

For someone to have that kind of money means that making money is more important to that person than virtually anything.

But do you not feel Moshiri is a little different? Think of the money he's poured into this club with almost zero benefit to him so far.

2 year transfer ban would be fair. Let them play with the same team and save money over the next 2 years by not signing new players.

I'm not sure a fine is really the best way to go about it. For the petro clubs they'll just shake some loose change ot of the sofa, and it's the gaping debts for some of them that made this lunacy look rational. Punishment should be along sporting lines. A UEFA competition ban for at least a year is the bare minimum for each club involved, maybe more for Real and Juve since they were at the heart of it. The real test for UEFA is balancing their authority with losing so many of their cash cows at once, which is why I don't see bans lasting for too long.

Domestically I don't really know though. I'd love to see so many 'big' clubs get relegated at the same time - unlike when it happened to Rangers or Juventus you couldn't guarantee them all coming straight back up due to limited promotion slots. Championship would become a farce that first season though if most players stayed - you'd have a mini league at the top way ahead of everyone else and at least one cricket score a week. Ultimately the various FAs should agree to a consistent approach and they probably wouldn't be more than a small to moderate points deduction.

One thing I don't care about is 'avoiding punishing the fans' - no other clubs' fans have been protected when shenanigans from the board have transpired (cough 30pt deduction leading to a collapse from the Championship to the Conference).
