He's still got three years left on his contract as well so Palace would want a fortune for him even if he wanted to come, could see them wanting 60 mill plus or something stupid with the way the prices are atm but since 2011 his record is near on a goal every two games. He'd be sound for us.

What we really need is a first class centre forward. We're up to out armpits in midfielders. Take the £50 million that we would pay for Sigurdson, combine it with the £20 million we would have to pay for Giroud, and bring in a £70 million beast!
A centre forward must be our priority after last night. I know it was first competitive game etc. but the opposition was poor.
