I did stop, about 3 years ago. Only have a drink once in a blue moon now. I'm much better for it

I stopped smoking and drugs at the same time. Lost alot of weight, got a good job and then promoted, lost a lot of non friends and my general health is better.

Seriously, homeworking has been great. No more trying to disguise the smell with peppermint or sneak a nip from the flask in the bogs. Wahey! *hic*

Even having 4 or 5 drinks these days gives me a horrible feeling the next morning. Can’t be arsed with it.

I stopped drinking about ten years ago. I was one of those who would like a pint after work, go out at weekends but developed some anxiety and depression issues and the drink brought them out further so I stopped.

I only drink at the weekend if I’m out and not driving. I like a drink but it doesn’t like me.
