Birds of a feather flock together
What if the agent agreed verbally to sent the registration to the FA and it was recorded. Was it a breach of contract?Firstly, asking Davek for advice on contract law lol
Secondly, no.

Unfortunately, more chance of him scoring than that happening. He's a kin rat.
I hope he gets his comeuppance if he plays against us...or anyone else for that matter.
If nothing else it would be embarrassing trying to force him to "honour his contract".Really doesn’t matter if the contract was signed.
People sign job contracts all the time and then pull out to go for a better offer. Unless you’ve already started the job there’s no real enforceable penalty.
Wouldn’t be the first time…… remember Anderson de Silva?!??
You just know that would happen the way things are going.
Don't get it either. It's a 6 month loan where he'll get plenty of game time and probably a better contract in the summer.
Went to sit on Spurs' bench. He'd have been crap for us.
Let it go mate. Stop bitching over a player who swerved usWhat if the agent agreed verbally to sent the registration to the FA and it was recorded. Was it a breach of contract?
Alright then. Close this thread and forget this rat.Let it go mate. Stop bitching over a player who swerved us
Loads of players move on and do better for themselves. Look at McNeil.Going to a team and getting relegated with them is really not great for future prospects. That’s probably what has put him off imo.

They’re not simple employment contracts like an average joe gets for a 9-5.Really doesn’t matter if the contract was signed.

This really doesn't make sense to be honest, I get that the Agent needs to send in their own form to confirm everything with the FA, but surely they've signed contracts and such agreeing to the move with the club that should be legally binding ? Otherwise what's the point if an agent can just say nah, can't be arsed sending my form through yolo
More so the club doing medical, media and expecting him for training which all costs money
It's good in a way that this arsehole swerved us the way he did but it's also bad because it makes you wonder if he did it just because we're a mess of a club so felt he could disrespect the club in the way he has
