He was perpetually injured (bad hammies) and always recovering and trying to get back to fitness. What could have been if he stayed fit. I actually remember him doing really well centrally too when he played there for Lukaku’s last season. Funny guy tooGets overlooked a lot Mirallas, was great for us. Apart from nicking that penalty and missing against West Brom
For a player that has already done a runner from us in the past 6 months no lessWonder how many teams have a bid accepted, agree personal terms and book the medical a few days later...
Is that normal?
harsh thatOne of the most overrated players we’ve had, was good in his first couple of seasons and beyond that was mostly bang average which is why he ended up on a variety of unsuccessful loans before being released on a free rather than ever attracting the interest of a better team. A 1 in 7 player, we were very much his level.
We can’t even afford to lose a pound down the back of the couch never mind however much a week he’s going to be on.
Sensible. Gives him a cooling off time of a few days to make sure he doesn't change his mind again before we waste our medics' time doungvthe medical. They've got DCL to work on.Wonder how many teams have a bid accepted, agree personal terms and book the medical a few days later...

What is your source for that? Considering these were his actual statsYes because 1 in 7 definitely means 1 goal in 7 and not 1 good game in 7. Apologies in advance if this upsets you again.
@Tofeenut had some annual leave he had to use up.Wonder how many teams have a bid accepted, agree personal terms and book the medical a few days later...

was here 5 full seasons, 3 of them he was one of our best players and then Koemans first season he was good as well.
Wooooooo! The Nature Boy is as hard as a diamond in an ice storm.
Give me the signings so I can put on my alligators and dance the night away.
Woooooo! Woooooo!
I think this was true, but I believe his bad hamstrings were more responsible for his dips in form than anything. He definitely lost some quickness and he was always struggling to get fit. Overall he was good but could have been much more. Not for me. He went downhill about midway through Martinez’s second season and was very patchy from that point on. 1 in 7 good games was maybe a bit harsh. But he clearly wasn’t the world beater our fans made him out to be. I’m not saying he was crap, he was just ok. Yes I’m aware that the players we have right now are worse than him before anyone mentions that.
