He was ok, a bit wasteful, but he wasnt bad.

I dont think anybody played badly today, people had bad moments, which cost us.

Not worth worrying about, for now.
We dominated for 60+ mins, really cannot complain today when you consider in previous years we would sht the bed when going behind. Showed a bit of fight and believed we could get back into the game, we were very very unlucky not to!

I can understand why he doesn't get picked too. He's not exactly a work horse. And is not dangerous enough to be a luxury player.

I think he does have decent enough close control to do some damage against deep defences as well though. Might have some uses in the future.

He definitely does mate, he has a roll to play after the last two seasons of no one in attack or threat, I won’t be stressing to much about options and arguing over who should start in attacking positions is a very welcome luxury. ;)

Tbh I like both McNeil and Harrison but Danjuma made things happen when he came on, unlucky with the shot off the bar and needs to lift his head up a bit more and realise he has team mates in better position at times.

Is a goal threat and in Doucoure’s absence we need goals, so he should be getting minutes.

Seems best playing from left, so that means Harrison ( or Gomes) in the middle and McNeil to the right?

That’s a lot of changes though so maybe we keep bringing him from the bench…

The annoying thing about that is the keeper doesn't know what he is doing but it hits his leg and then hits the post and bounces out.
Yep, if that had been the other end guaranteed it’d had gone in. Somehow Young can deflect from his knee on the edge of the area and can score an on goal yet Everton can’t get a break when the deflection is behind the goal line.
