Wayne Clarke scoring Everton’s winning goal in their 0-1 win against Arsenal played at Highbury Stadium on the 28th March 1987.

I think Wimbledon beat Liverpool 2-1 on the same day at Anfield to give our title hopes a real boost, I think it was the game were the Wimbledon players spit all over the Liverpool sign “ This is Anfield “ on the tunnel wall before they came onto the field.

It's the Kenwright effect, the minute a club plays in the champions league we bow down to them and get our bellies tickled. Bare in mind Kenwright was chairman from 2004.

Last win away at Chelsea- 95
Last win away at Arsenal (minus freaky covid season) 96
Last win away at Liverpool (minus freaky covid season) - 99
Last win away at Man Utd (minus Moyes out of his depth) - 92
Last win away at Man City - 2010 (they qualified for the champions league for the first time that season)
Last win away at Spurs (minus freaky covid season) - 08 (they first qualified in 2010)
Last win away at Villa - 2015 (when they got relegated)
Last win away at Newcastle - 2019 (pre money and also Champions league)

It's not only disgraceful but it's just really weird, I mean really really weird.

Is there any wonder why we've had half decent teams get absolutely smashed out of nowhere at these grounds? Hopefully from now on we might enjoy at least one win at any of these grounds in the future

2013 Oviado at Utd

I'm always reminded of Gerard Deulofeu's screamer against this lot whenever this fixture comes around. *Sigh*.....good times. Be nice for someone to emulate that again for us this afternoon.

You see what everyone thinks by the lack of responses in this thread. I think everyone knows we are getting stuffed. Even the most confident of Everton supporters must be thinking ‘yeah this one is defo a big defeat’
Yeah pretty much just hope with the takeover news will give dyche and the players and kick up thr bum and get a performance from them

Really need atleast a point from this today, not confident at all can also see him sticking to the same team
Anything is a bonus today, only Liverpool and Brighton have got a point there this season and Brighton only got a point as Arsenal played most of the second half with 10 men. Arsenal have won their other 5 home games by 2+ goals.
