Osman is injured according to the OS! :) Hope we see Barkley and Drenthe tomorrow, can't stand Billy anymore. Hope for a cahill stunner in stoppage time. COYB!

I will be happy with a draw unless we are leading and conceed a goal with minutes to go,can only see a 2-0 Arsenal win been honest,

Distin is fit again isn't he. I think we'll be seeing Fellaini and Heitinga in the center of midfield tomorrow by the looks of it.

I can't see Barkley playing there tomorrow though. I don't think he's ready for a game like that. Would be interesting to see Bily get played in his best position as well, but I doubt that will happen either.

For you guys who havent seen much of us this season, you will properly be surprised how important player Arteta has become to our game.

I have been very surprised by the defensive side of his game. I always knew he was classy player on the ball and very good passer, but his work rate has been fantastic. He has really become a bit of fan favourite, and the players really seem to like him as well. He has developed a very solid partnership with Alex Song and alot of times he is the player who play deepest in midfield control the tempo.
I always knew he could do it :'(.

Its Arsenal away.

Even our best team in recent times on great form couldn't win their so we stand no chance now.Keep it tight and try to nick a goal = fail to defend properly and they bum us cause we can't score.

:(

Fulham went there a couple of weeks ago and were the better team and came away with a point, why do you feel we have no chance. It is going to be difficult but to say we stand no chance is ridiculous. Some of you lot just come on here for a moan at every opportunity.

Because we're going to set up negatively as per usual, with a team containing very few creative players. I'm actually not being pessimistic, just pointing out the likelihood of us being bummed. If we set up with a genuine counter-attcking threat (Coleman and Drenthe on the wings, Vellios up front), then it's a completely different story. Sadly, Dave never pleasantly surprises us.

Yeah you've figured me out totally, well done.

You're right in a way though, i shouldn't say we stand no chance. More like we stand very little chance of getting a result.

I', not gonna judge our chances of getting something on what Fulham done, i'll judge them on what we've done.

And we haven't really shown that we have much chance of winning other than hoping for an upset.

And when you're relying hope you don't have much chance.

Well im really making 2 points.

1 is fulham went there with a defense minded set up much like what we will do and came away with a comfortable point so to suggest that if we go with the same intent we HAVE NO CHANCE is stupid.

2 is that there are certain people on here that regardless of thread they will conjure up some negative crap just because thats all they have to offer the forum. I know the team and club isnt in the best of states at the moment but its turning me off coming on here when every thread is turned into the anti kenwright/moyes/elstone story. I understand our situation so i dont need it rammed down my throat in every subject. I like to try and stay positive unlike some, otherwise whats the point, you may aswell give up on us altogether.

Expecting a Man City away performance. Stifle them out of it for 75 minutes then concede an unlucky deflected goal off Heitinga's backside. Charge up the pitch looking for the equaliser and then concede another. 2-0 to them FFS. A normal day at the office.

I think we can win, even if we play 4-5-1.

A lot of our problems this season have gone down to poor defending, and giving away the ball/fouls sloppily.

If we can keep the ball, defend well, and really put their defence under pressure, I think we can definitely come away with something.
