Unless you're actually a top, top player it shouldn't even come into your head to do that. They have a hard enough time passing it sideways.Don’t see the point in doing cruyf turns in dangerous positions if you’re just gonna pass it to the keeper to hoof upfield to 5’6 Neal Maupay.
Exactly!13 games left, 39 points to play for. We aren’t dead until it’s mathematically impossible
That wont make it better...Is Holgate in midfield??
We need to think seriously about goal difference and how crucial it could be.
We’re not getting anything here. Shut up shop and walk away with the 2-0.
Scoreline flatters them. We did well for 40. They had a moment of brilliance and then Gana had another moment of madness.Been working, not surprised by the scoreline sadly. How bad has it been?
Think their point was don’t necessarily move closer to cover saka, but defo don’t move out of the defensive line, basically saying he should have held his position rather than commit to the feint from the fella stood outside the box. Easy in hindsight likeIf Keane had got nearer to saka/myko, he would have left a hole in the middle for the arsenal player to run straight through. Swings and roundabouts. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. You can’t cover every blade of grass.
Really? How long has doucoure been stinking the place out? Maupay? Tarkowski? Mykolenko? At the very least, at least Dyche is holding people accountable. What in the hell is Gana doing their
Michael Oliver L O bloody LCruising after 40 minutes, looked comfortable, then it all fell apart. So frustrating. Referee been atrocious again. 3 times Onana smacked in the face, nothing given. 2 Arsenal players caught in the face, couldn't wait to blow his whistle. I wish I didn't like football so much cause everything about it is wrong.
I've had a pound on us scoring two 14/1, if your prediction comes true its yours to name which charity it goes too.Not going to lie. I would love it if we get 3 this half. Maupay brace and Davies with the winner.
I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one!
It makes more financial sense at this stage to finish it than mothball it. Investors will see the real estate value of that area of Liverpool and their egos will believe they can turn Everton round. I’m encouraged by the group linked with us who have invested in other European clubs. 777 sports group was it? They at least have some football knowledge and might start to turn things round. I think even if we go down it could be the start of a turnaround. I wonder if some of the delay in an investment deal being completed is waiting to see if we go down so they can get a bigger share of the club for less money. If it gets finished, if we are down this May and the stadium is still a year or so from completion I think it might get shelved.....
Worst thing is who wants to buy a Championship club with a stadium to fund for the price Moshiri wants? We are going down and we are stuck with Moshiri and Kenwright, happy F`in Wednesday blues
