To be fair, all they need is Everton to Everton and Spurs to Spurs and they still get fourth.
When Arsenal did us 0-4 we were poor and Lampard said so in no uncertain terms having a go at the players.
Now Tuchel has said the same after his 0-4 drubbing, the players aren't ready...they're not applying themselves?
Arsenal have bought a couple of decent players early but has Arteta taken notice of the fact that due to this stupid Qatar Winter World Cup.
This season is no longer the Marathon of yore.
And prepared his pre season to suit a 3 month mini-season...a 5000 metres if you will...a 1 month break.
Then after the FA cup flurry, we've got a 10,000 metres to the May finish line.
Or is it we're just crap, Chelsea are all idle wasters and It's all just preseason shiz and Arsenal just got lucky.

42% of our games are condensed into 3 mths.
It could be a different ball game than the gradual August start we usually get with International breaks etc
It's a 3 month crowded Christmas type mini season.
Which I don't think some teams...especially us...are not set up for Re. fitness and numbers wise

We can only go on the results of preseason, reports that the blood testing etc showed that most of the squad were in good condition,could be misinformation.Time will tell.
