Bleeding love that Donovan bloke. Proper blue. It means he can't chase me after he catches me with Cheryl.

He will not mind though. All Chelski players share their women. Their Captain has shown them the way.
 

My stream was awful in the second half...how bad was Donovan's tackle to break Cole's ankle?

"I think Ashley was off balance and got caught - it wasn't a bad foul, I think the ball just got caught between Ashley's ankle and the tackle coming through," said Ray Wilkins.

"He's in quite a bit of discomfort but we'll get him back to Cobham [Chelsea's training ground] and hopefully it won't be too long."
 
It's one of them, while I'm happy for Baines, I want us to win the bloody world cup, and thus have our strongest team. That little **** mole is the best left back in the world.

we need all the help we can get.. How ironic though is this? Americans were saying the English players would try to hurt Donovan because he is our only true class player, and yet Donovan is working through the checklist.. :)
 
BOLLOX, he's been scoring some valuable points in my fantasy team aswell. Englands loss I think, Baines has been doing well but Cole imo is/was streets ahead of him. Anyway Mr Baines step up to the next level and grab that left back slot with both hands cos its there if you want it.
 
Just found MotD highlights, and as others have said, it wasn't a bad challenge at all. Odd to see a mid-air challenge like that be the cause, vs. a traditional tackle where someone slides into the ankle.

If it is a 3 mo. injury, that brings Cole back approx. mid-May? He could still be on the plane to SA, depending on fitness and how quickly he recovers. That said, he almost certainly would not be first choice in the early stages. Go Baines!
