At this moment in time would have Mori over jags?
not necessarily, but honestly i wouldnt be upset if they both started the season and we got someone like indi for example who i believe it on the same level as mori. i also firmly believe that a big spend in goals will sure up our defence big time, more so then a big spend on cb, a big solid keeper with good english that can organise and collect crosses is crucial. in terms of the whole season, i can see mori starting more games then jags, just my opinion though... what do i know

Isn't Williams supposed to be having a medical at 2.00pm this afternoon from the previous tweets on this site.....Don't we have an inside man at Finch Farm who works in the bushs and organizes the finger food in meeting room four? @ggooggooggoo and we still haven't signed Modric, I am beginning to think you are a WUM???

If we've got a guy who can screenshot Carvalho's ID, surely this isn't a bridge too far. ;)

Honestly not bothered whether we sign big names or not

So long as we sign decent players that will make us a better team, I'll be happy

He's a decent player

Only issue is that he'd have little sell on value due to his age
Does the sell on value really matter that much? Let's say we sign Koulibaly for £42m. I'm quite sure we won't be getting that amount back if we should decide to sell him in 3 years time.

For those £10m you get a very experienced and established Premiership player who will probably be a perfect role model for our younger players. Guess Moshiri will accept the loss in value as Williams will bring something to our back four that we quite clearly have been missing for the last few years. I for one really hope we'll get him.

Imagine still caring about sell on value.

Sign all the over 30s!

£10m is buttons for a proven PL player who you know what you're going to get.

Who knows how he'll look in a year. He's turning 32 soon. I'm not advocating a @Zatara policy of signing 18 year olds, but that is a lot of money for a 32 year old. Schweinsteiger was class for Bayern but one year at Utd and they can't get rid of him quick enough.
