I said this, he would be the perfect foil for Stones. Williams never misses games either so Mori would benefit from his experience also. I think the best we can hope for in this window is to keep Lukaku and Stones, get Williams and Gueye in and 1 or 2 others

Considering the current market, I think it's a decent amount for someone who has just had a good euros and is PL-proven.

Should be about 2.5% and at most 4%.


Instead people are going 'its the going rate' which is insane.

He's 32 and close to retirement. You don't pay a kings ransom for a 32 year old.

Agreed on this Damo and I'm not a huge fan of the signing but it's not a kings ransom when you see how much other clubs are spending on absolutely drab players.
