Please, stop fretting about the money. We're getting around 100mil a year from the TV money, we already have a massive revenue and that will improve.

And it won't be, we have loads of young players though and this squad doesn't need more potential, it needs quality players in the 26-29 range (or really, players in their prime to improve us in the here and now). Williams fits the bill.

My mindset is to always worry about the money. That big TV contract goes to everyone in Premier League. The key to success is being able to use that money better and wiser than the other teams we are competing against. This Williams move could turn out to be great for us but it also feels very risky to me and is only a short-term solution.

Sometimes you need to get experienced proven guys in who can lead. I'd be delighted to get him in, even if it is only a short term fix.
