2023/24 Ashley Young

You can criticise Nathan Patterson all you want, but the half Young is having thus far would rank amongst Patterson's worst efforts.
Thing is, he’s now looked like our weak link defensively against two teams who’ve barely attacked us. Add to that he has no threat going forward. Paterson plays like that he gets dropped, must be very dispiriting for a young player.

Started the rot kick it out first time we keep on hearing about his experience aged 38 years old that was a novice a bad signing -the left back stood of his man that's the 2 goals down - pathetic really Dyche picks the same formation at home = 4 defeats

Second league game in a row he’s been targeted and looked the weak link against teams who have barely tried to attack us. Offers nothing going forward. Hard to think Paterson could have done worse today, that was a game to give a young promising player a chance. What are we doing playing a 38 year old left winger who has never played right back before? Oh, forgot “experience”. Joke.
