He enjoys being at a big club like Everton.
Pickford is an excellent keeper ( he's hardly going to say he's crap ).
The mood at the club was transformed when Lampard took over.
The players were shocked how they found themselves in a relegation fight and mentally they found it very tough.

I'm paraphrasing with all of that but accurately I hope.

Apart from what Jazzy said he also said he would rather be number two at Everton then number one at a championship side.
He spoke really well about us.
