I became a fan of this team because of James too, and Mina, but then I fell in love with Everton’s football history and their values, the fan base, and this forum.

Sure the team is not playing their best football this season but we are a team in transition. It is a new plan and new projects take time to perfect. You shall know that if you follow Colombian NT because at times that team can also be painful on the eyes. Still, I try to support both, Colombia and Everton, without being so judgmental and hostile.

CRUSH her sas.

I predict a head on Sas's wall.

Plenty of huff and puff , but a distinct lack of attacking quality. We need to find players who can break quickly if that is going to be our style of play.

Disappointed with Ritchie , seems to have lost his enthusiasm. Godfrey has been the one shining light this season.

To be fair I’d say certainly for the second half of the season Pickford has been a shining light too

If we had any other manager bar the great Carlo, fans would be shouting how much rubbish we play every week, so why does he get away with it. I know all about his past achievements but they are long gone. After watching the blues for more than 70 years I believe this is the worst continues week after week football I have seen.

Our Colombian friends were mostly going to be transient supporters anyway, no need to be rude to them, as the point is entirely valid, we are rather poor at the moment.

Last night was a result for the taking, it shows to me we are lacking in a right and left sided attacker that can take on a player and deliver a telling cross. Defensively we were okay and Godfrey is a gem of a player. Overall a poor display in real terms, as Villa are not all that, and now it looks like we will be only scraping into Europe (if at all) when we should really have performed better, despite a poor bunch of glacially slow players.
No need to be rude to Colombian fans but at the same time there is no need for a new Colombian fan to post rude comments here either. We can all express ourselves and our disappointments with the Team and the way they are playing without being discourteous and posting silly things such as calling Everton "delicate little girl"

I believe people are taking on board the bigger picture on a project and most knees are not jerking because of this. We know we will not get a better manager than Carlo, we know we cannot do a Man City and Chelsea. We now have to sit back and accept a build is in progress. If next season we still play the same way and do not progress then it becomes more acceptable to diss the manager but after just 1 full season then it seems a bit fickle. Carlo will know what is needed and he actually endorses our view that we do not have the necessary quality.
I think we only have to look at what players have arrived since he became manager to give him more time to build what he is after.

For those reasons and his previous records as a manager I am willing to give him plenty more time

Stop! This is too sensible.
