Agree he's been poor, but he also looks like a player who's 32 and has barely kicked a ball in 6 months.
Maybe he will improve ?

I think people are being a bit harsh tbh. We knew we weren't signing a world class striker in their prime.

We're signing someone for their aerial ability and character.

He's won knock downs and got into good goal scoring positions and on another day could have scored. For a third choice striker, this is fine.

Some people just love tearing into our players.

I really like how we're playing. We just gotta find that right ball once or twice but we're doing the right things. Could maybe be a bit more secure at the back and especially on set plays.
