I think people are being a bit harsh tbh. We knew we weren't signing a world class striker in their prime.

We're signing someone for their aerial ability and character.

He's won knock downs and got into good goal scoring positions and on another day could have scored. For a third choice striker, this is fine.

Some people just love tearing into our players.

Yeah we need to remember he is third choice, and I'm sure he's better than what we have seen, not playing for 6 months is some rustyness to shake off
