Watching Villa last week I would be confident of a result if we had the squad settled & waiting for injuries to clear up.

We also have McNeil injured. If we play like we did last week and punt Maupay to the moon I could see a result. I have a feeling this one will be a bit cagier as Villa were embarrassed last week. They will take it out on us.
Normally I'd agree but their defence looks abysmal.

Nothing at all to stop us putting out a performance like we did at Brighton. We presumably won’t, but if we just create half the chances we did last week, we should be sticking a couple away. Shouldn’t be playing with the fear of league position “yet”.
Just for once would like us not to do quite well, holding our own and having chances, lose the ball deep in their half and concede an easy sloppy breakaway goal. Clean sheet as a focus and then see what happens, without looking like we are just playing for a 0-0.
