People on radio saying fluke result etc,may be,but it only takes a fluke result to start the downfall,how can a team like Everton somehow fail to test a keeper or create chance after chance etc,or not take shots when we get by the area most games,

Our 1-0 loss at the pit last season could be called a fluke result. We then went on awful run that trashed our season.

We have 4 points from 3 games and a negative goal diffetence from games that we really should be winning. Typical Everton story of missed opportunity.

Dcl and davies should seriously consider opening up a fashion shop on bold street they're much better at it than football

I wish Davies could have had the chances DCL has had in the first team, I reckon he would have improve a lot. DCL imo hasn’t improved at all, the German clubs like young English footballer can’t one of them take DCL off out hand.

You forget that we bottle it as soon as there is the slightest hint of pressure on us, such as going top of the league (albeit for 12 hours or so).

Felt villa collapsed to the floor anytime we went near them, we never seem to get similar decisions.

That reminded me of Fulham away last season actually. We'd generally been in good form going into that game.. and then we seemed to just completely forget how to play football that day.

Serious questions need to be asked over how stuff like this is possible. We will never, ever, EVER amount to a top side if we can't find consistency.

Not true Calvert-Lewin had chance off line/blocked in first half. That was on target and best chance of the game for us.

This team needs goals.
It needs to build confidence after that tonight.

Though to the move he and DCL created for Walcott was what we needed -Sig and Gomez were very very poor in that game to stay on as long as they did, stop Gomez never got subbed......how?

What would he improve on ? What solid natural foundations does he have in place ? I wish they would, but they wouldn't stand for it like we do.

Hopefully it's a one off performance from gomes but if Tom had have played like that tonight he would of been a total melt down on here
