AUSTRIA VIENNA Vs EVERTON 14th JULY 2013 KO 16:00 GMT

Everton have confirmed to me aswel that tickets will only be available on the Austria Vienna website once the ko time is confirmed. Not sure if there will be a designated away end, the only time I remember this happening was when we played in Coleraine and we were in amongst the home fans.

On the Austria Vienna website, I have found a link to single cards (which is a single match) and it lists our match with a1700 KO, which will be local time, so 1600 UK time. I managed to register to the site in an attempt to secure tickets via the Google translation service but it wouldn't allow me to buy tickets. It didn't display any prices either but at least we have a heads up on the KO time.

It's a joke that Everton advised me to get a ticket from the Austria Vienna website. They didn't reply when I told them my German isn't up to much, funny that.

For anyone planning on travelling over:
Just spoke to the Austria Wien ticket office after finally managing to navigate through their touch tone menu and they say that the tickets for the specific away fans area (the Gästesektor H in the West Stand on this plan) will only be available for purchase at the ticket office on the day. Tickets for all other areas can be bought online from 01.07 (the home stand is the doubledecker East Stand opposite). She thought that the demand would be fairly high for the game (they are Austrian champions, they have a new manager and it is their open day for fans before the season starts the following week) She didn't sound too worried about the concept of Everton fans being in the non-away sectors.

Stadium capacity is around 13000. Looking at some stadium pics it looks as if the normal away sector would be around 1/2 the Lower Gwladys in size. I'm guessing it is the righthand side of the stand facing the photographer:

Cheers Atrottel, probably worth holding out for the away end then. You sound clued up. Would you agree?
Not sure, tbh. I'll probably keep an eye on how the online sales are going. The away area seems fairly small but I guess it depends how many of you back in the UK are fancying a summer weekend away - be nice to have another Nuremberg experience! If the rest of the stadium seems to be getting booked up, I'll probably take a ticket in the main area of the stadium, otherwise I'll gamble and head out to the stadium a bit early on Sunday and buy a ticket in the away bit.
(I live in Austria, but the other end of the country.)

We're travelling from Bratislava after a heavy dringing session the day/night before. It's a joke that Everton haven't taken any tickets for this.

Its a bit of a dilemma! To travel 20 hours in a car and not get to see the game would be a total nightmare. I may buy on Monday as I can't handle the stress of not having a ticket. Then I think of not being in our end for a good old sing song and a few Austrian beers. I'm really torn on this.

Cheap flights have all gone, currently over 400 from Liverpool and over 200 from Birmingham where we're flying from. £100 when we booked them the day it was announced.

It's near my place, I'll do my best to show up there... although, I am praying to see EFC playing in Croatia once, and I hope to see it soon.

i have been to preseason friendlys all over europe and have never seen a full stadium,i cant see this being any different,in fact most games there are more everton fans there than the home team, evertonians always panic over tickets, but everyone always gets in.
