That article makes it sound like his agent has a clear preference for Napoli. The Echo are reporting this evening, 'It is our understanding that, as things stand, there has been no deal agreed between Everton and Witsel.'
Seems that we're pursuing him but there's a way to go. The performance and result tonight will probably make it at least a little more likely we'll get him though.
