He's a 6 out of 10 player every week, consistent but no major stand out skill. Won't change a game for you either, Newcastle aside, but a competent player. Probably a player Moyes would have loved but in the new world he's probably starting in the Carling cup for us.
Osman at cleverley's age was miles the better player.
Cleverley is an utter waste of space.

At the end of the day, In Esk We Trust.
...I don't mind Cleverley but I'm looking at what I call 'New Everton' and generally I want us to bring in better than we have. If the likes of Witsel comes in some regulars from the last few seasons might struggle for a start but that is the status we need.
