Whats the hold up then if you dont mind me asking mate? Surely if fee and personal terms agreed then we could have sent medical staff to france to complete this?

These two 11th finishes have seemingly hurt us in respect to players wanting to come here....or so it seems.
You have to ask the question why other clubs with money are having little trouble bagging they're targets..
I hope I'm just being daft....prolly am like, It's just every day we have the same story and nothing seems closer to getting finalised.
I really hoped the new players would get time to get together and bond a bit before the start of what will be a very tough season.
