Transfer Rumour Axel Witsel

Seems like he is holding on for Napoli to agree terms with Zenit. What do you think the chances are of that happening?

Terreur is reliable mate, on this he quoted the HLN story, reading the HLN story they use the Italian story from Gazetta dello sporto who have so far stated he has signed for Napoli about 5 times so far over the past 2 weeks

Anyone speak Italian?
Well I think that the deal is blown, in the forum of 'Everton take it for fact. You do not understand anything ... The GrandOldTeam

Google translate to the rescue.

Pisspants ffs!

Witsel will be announced for us as soon as he comes back from holiday. This Napoli talk is completely unfounded.

Goodnight and god bless.

If he doesn't want to come here, sack him off and move on to the next target. Dragged on far too long as is; would rather we signed someone who wanted to play for us than keep throwing ever increasing amounts of money at Witsel to try and tempt him to join.

Seems his agent does......

The agreement was for him to go on holiday and close immediately after.

The agent can agree whatever he wants, but until the club (Zenit) agrees anything nothing is going to happen. Zenit publicly have stated they will not do business with Napoli. As of now I don't believe that stance has changed.

Do you want him, Esk?

Bored.com - Let's wait and see.....A lot of speculation and I trust the ESK........

Still think we are in for a great summer and we should see some nice signings rather then the odd loan signing on deadline day...

Don't see why the agent would be pushing him away from a team where a deal is more likely...hardly think Napoli are going to shower the agent in more riches than us.

This is the problem with playing transfer business out on forums/Twitter/Newspapers, people get all excited and then have an absolute meltdown.Very sad to see the dummies being spat out this morning.
