I think Inter can afford him...It's FFP that is the sticking point. Inter's main target is that Portugese lid Joao Mario with Witsel as their backup. If that one falls through. There's talk of some Chinese team actually buying Joao Mario/Witsel and then loaning them back to Inter, so that they can get around FFP.
