What does everyone reckon the chances of Napoli waiting for the Koulibaly transfer to Chelsea to go ahead and then using the extra funds generated to go after Witsel are?

I mean, he's kept us on hold for quite a while here Witsel. Unless we actually end up signing Koulibaly ourselves surely it isn't too far-fetched that his representatives know some extra cash is coming Napoli's way that they could take advantage of?

Honestly, I get that they want Witsel but it's not like there are a plethora of clubs queuing up to get his signature. There are others we can get in his stead.
