I thought last week (based off the info Esk shared) that we would be likely to get him but it hasn't turned out that way. Whether it's off or not I don't know, but I don't think it means that Witsel's as bad as people are making out either.

Esk has stated he believes the announcement will be made within the next 24 hours. I'd say there's a decent chance it could be done by Thursday evening...
